Thoughts

A poem

Do you think there is a heaven

for all my bad thoughts?

Do they congregate on clouds

Comparing who is the worst?

Do the lingering thoughts of pain

pin down the ones of sorrow?

Do the big hulking ones that bully others

laugh from a distant cloud

over at the disappointed ones?

Thousands of thoughts,

fighting for a place to rest

while thousands left in my mind

search for their place to nest.
