There Is A Dead Mouse In The House!

And we can't find that smelly old mouse!

Okay, it isn't that kind of mouse that smells in the photo above, however that was the only pictures that were coming up on unsplash besides cute little live mice. I didn't really want to post a dead mouse picture anyway.

Mice come into our house

We live in the country next to a field.

We are in farm country and a mouse

is pretty common and we get more than our yield.

~

The land yields crops but we don't get much of that

We do seem to get more than our share of mice

and the good news is we haven't any problem with a rat!

Hubby isn't on the job like he should be. Not nice!

~

I am referring to me. I can't stand the thought

of dead mice. I sure can't trap them. My mom

used to be the one to fix the problem, until we bought

this house. And moved to this spot. My mom was the bomb.

~

Knowing all the time what to do. Then we had a cat

for 15 years that would not let a mouse in the house

and when one would make it in the cat would bat

the mouse around until that was a gone mouse!

~

No one better than a cat to handle the mouse problem

Too bad I am allergic to cats, dogs and so many things

I continue to have pictures of our cat in the photo album

I guess I could be allergic to alot worse, like my rings!

That mouse smell makes me think about my childhood home. Or about dirty old socks, lol!

Good work. I am not one for finding dead mice laying around either.
