I bought a new keyboard
Hoping it would fix the problem.
But even the round buttons
And the clinking, glopping sounds
Don't satiate the hunger for more.
Indiscriminate musings of a madman.
Manic energy with nowhere to go.
Stuck between the door frame;
Sights set on moving forward,
Feet unmoving, standing still.
A solo dance for the ages,
So familiar, yet intimate and unique.
One foot in front of the other doesn't work
When you don't know the password
To the invisible barrier beyond monotony.
