The Exam Struggle

A Humorous Take

By Tamseela FarooqPublished about a year ago 1 min read

Oh, how I loathe exam season,
It's like a prison without a reason.
The cramming and the studying,
It leaves my mind so muddling.

I try to focus on the task at hand,
But my brain just can't comprehend.
The formulas and the equations,
I'm convinced they're just creations.

My pencil breaks, my eraser's gone,
My notes are scattered, my mind's withdrawn.
I try to stay calm and collected,
But my nerves are just too affected.

The clock ticks away, the minutes pass,
I start to wonder if I'll even pass.
But then I remember, with a grin,
It's just an exam, not life or limb.

So I take a deep breath and relax,
I'll do my best, that's just the facts.
And when it's all said and done,
I'll celebrate with ice cream and fun.

So here's to all the students out there,
Don't let the exams bring you despair.
Just remember to keep your sense of humor,
And you'll make it through, like a true trooper.
