Tapestry of Two Souls

A Poem of Relationship

By Bikash PurkaitPublished 20 days ago 2 min read

We met, an opportunity experience, strings of destiny laced,
Two songs, when solo, a congruity we'd find.
Your giggling, a flowing stream, washed stresses from my shore,
My calm strength, a strong oak, for you to rest on more.

The embroidery started, a reluctant first fasten,
An anxious look, a murmured word, a taken, confident jerk.
Days went to weeks, a material extended, potential yet concealed,
We shared our fantasies, our feelings of dread, in murmurs, delicate and sharp.

Gradually, the varieties blossomed, energetic shades of trust,
Sharing mysteries murmured low, shrouded in delicate residue.
Strolls through sun-dappled parks, stories murmured in the breeze,
Sharing frozen yogurt, tacky hands, and cumbersome, abnormal straightforwardness.

The principal contact, a conditional brush, a flash that jumped between,
A shock that sent shudders down, a future yet concealed.
Anxious giggling consumed the space, a blush crawled to your cheek,
A modest hug, a reluctant kiss, feelings running profound.

The strings developed further, winding around stories new and brilliant,
Candlelit suppers, murmured jokes, hanging on as the night progressed.
We fabricated a world, just you and I, a shelter protected and warm,
Protecting each other from the tempest, enduring all life's standards.

Challenges emerged, hitches tangled, dissatisfaction developed,
Irate words like barbed stones, puncturing a sky once blue.
In any case, through the tempest, a quiet promise, an affection that wouldn't break,
Split the difference, a delicate hand, for the good of one another.

The embroidery endured, a demonstration of time,
Strings of pardoning, understanding, an adoration both unadulterated and superb.
Festivities, blissful strings, woven with chuckling's light,
Triumphs shared, achievements came to, a future shining brilliantly.

Conflicts, similar to dull strings, a test for hearts weaved,
Persistence, the relieving salve that mends a distraught soul.
Open correspondence, the way to unwind hitches,
Meshing trust once more into the material, where uncertainty had momentarily battled.

Life's embroidered artwork unfurled, through daylight and through downpour,
Sharing weights, lifting dreams, facilitating each other's aggravation.
Disorder, a grave string, woven with delicate consideration,
Clasping hands, murmuring supplications, an adoration that would continuously dare.

Snapshots of bliss, a dynamic sprinkle, of chuckling unreasonable,
Inside jokes, natural tunes, an adoration perpetually tied.
Commemorations, achievements set apart, with gifts and genuine words,
A demonstration of what we've constructed, two spirits like taking off birds.

The embroidered artwork becomes more extravagant, with strings of silvered dark,
Time's delicate touch, an everyday routine very much experienced, on affection's unflinching way.
Wrinkles carved around the eyes, a guide of giggling's hold,
Hands crumpled with age, a story quietly told.

Maybe the end draws near, the last bunch to tie,
Yet, love that blossomed in young days, won't ever genuinely kick the bucket.
The embroidery complete, a show-stopper of life,
A demonstration of two spirits joined, through chuckling, bliss, and difficulty.

Also, however our strings may at last shred, the affection will in any case remain,
A heritage murmured on the breeze, an adoration that took off through downpour.
For in the embroidery of our lives, an immortal truth we'll find,
Love's delicate strings, major areas of strength for always, interlaced.
