Storytelling is a gift
It's what separates man from beast
The ability to explain a lesson through a story is not only special
Yet also sacred
Words aren't the only way to express our stories
Stories have been created through cave drawings
They hardly spoke language like we do today
Yet could still tell a fantastic story to either inspire
Or send a shiver down a child's spine from drawing simple stick figures on a wall of a cavern
It's really incredible to think about
Sure AI can tell their own tales
And honestly they're pretty good
But they're not stories handed down from one generation to the next
AI stories aren't grandma's stories
They're generated randomly
While grandma's stories she experience for herself
Shaking you to the core of your soul
I probably sound like a crazy prophet
But it's true
Stories are real
Genuine
Honest
No matter what technology comes out next
For better or worst
Whatever view point you may have
We can all agree
Stories are special
Cause stories are what makes us human
