Silhouette of a woman, cut from dark material,
Mounted on light ground, an outline so material.
She is beautiful, a reflective image cast,
Shadowed in sunlight, through clouds that have passed.
A luminous body, glowing without flaw,
Her silhouette emits beauty, without a single flaw.
While it reveals such profound beauty to the eye,
It disguises her internal anguish, her silent cry.
Her sadness, her loneliness, a deep-seated want,
To be wanted, to belong, to love and to grant.
The outline of her silhouette, a drawing so clear,
A boundary surrounds her, as lovely as she is dear.
As beautiful and lovely as her inward appearance,
Her silhouette stands, a symbol of grace and prayer.
