Serial Cereal Eater

What better than a bowl, milk, cereal, and a spoon while watching Saturday morning cartoons?

By Rich BurtonPublished 4 months ago 1 min read

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Maybe sometimes linner…

Even for brunch

I get a little hunch…

That I need to find a bowl

I feel it in my soul…

Milk goes right in

Then pick a box, it’s a sneaky sin…

Reese Puffs is my choice

No one will hear my voice…

While I sit, eat, and see

What’s on the TV…

This Saturday morning!

A beautiful stroll down memory lane, your poem wonderfully depicts the warm nostalgia of Saturday mornings with a bowl of cereal and cartoons!
