Seraphim

Or the absurdity of fear

By YonathanJPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

On the doorstep of my eyes, a discreet angel

Her light, dimmer than a lone star

Is it that time again? O Seraphim have mercy

Be not afraid, for now is no time at all

A whisper of a thousand faces

begging me to take their places

I listen to their plea for two infinities

My only wish for them to disappear

Screams fill my ears, I give in to my fears

Crawling about I fight my own thoughts

Above me, Damocles the archangel

staring down in my soul, clutching his longsword Grigori

Nightmare or Reality?

Same difference to me
