PUREST
Some people think rainwater is the purest liquid, but I have a different opinion.

I stood under the roof, looking at them,
people were dancing in the purest liquid, the rainwater.
I extended my hand outwards feeling the drops.
I was returning back home after a long year in the lab I worked in.
Walking to my house I could no stop myself from wondering..
is there anything more purer than rainwater in this world?
I enter my house welcomed by a warm hug,
My mother cupped my face smiling wider than ever.
I saw tears coming out of her eyes.
Indeed, rainwater was not the purest of all.
