Bless her on her 9th birthday,
show her your beautiful way,
and with you, may she ever-stay,
for you are her sunshine ray!
May she hunger and thirst,
even when she feels she’s at her worst,
for your righteousness, being well-versed,
as the enemy wants her joy to burst.
Holy Spirit surround her with light,
strengthen her and show her how to fight,
for all that is true and right,
through every single day and night.
Thank you for the Truth that you feed her,
daily, action, you stir,
as there’s so much to endure,
you’re her healer and you know every cure.
