Got you standing right in front of me,
Can't look away from you,
Drowning in the memory,
There's nothing I won't do,
We agreed to figure it out as we go,
Help pick up each other's pieces,
Taking it slow,
We both got 1000 reasons,
Except you're the one I'm sure about,
Catching feelings and I'm scared,
You've got me holding my heart out,
Like a drug you got me impaired,
Am I able to make the right decisions,
What do you see when you look at me?
It's like I created a future of us in visions,
I don't know if you want to be set free,
You reassure me with your affection,
But I'm broken and you knew this,
I don't want to be your affliction,
Or have you succumb to my abyss,
I just want to love you whole,
Let you have my kiss,
Give you my body and soul,
I promised you I'd put forth the effort,
You promised me you wouldn't give up easy,
Sometimes this love might hurt,
Just give me your word you won't leave me.
