Nocturnal Reverie

Embracing the Mysteries of the Night

By Esther AnimaPublished 9 months ago 1 min read

Beneath the veil of twilight's grace,

Where stars adorn the vast embrace,

A world awakens in the night,

In silver threads of pale moonlight.

The whispers of the ancient trees,

Converse with secrets on the breeze,

In darkness, creatures come alive,

In nature's dance, they strive and thrive.

The city's hum begins to fade,

As dreams in slumber's arms are laid,

A quiet symphony takes hold,

In shadows' dance, a tale unfolds.

A canvas of the deepest blue,

With constellations bright and true,

Each star a story, far and near,

A cosmic quilt of hopes and fear.

In this nocturnal world we find,

A tranquil solace for the mind,

A reminder of the boundless scope,

Of nature's ever-endless hope.

So gaze upon the midnight sky,

With wonder in your soul, oh my,

For in the dark, a beauty's spun,

A poem of the silent one.
