Just picture your friend saying, "Don't sponge time on non-beneficial stuff". " It's like saying, "Why bother?" Life's too short to get stuck in worries, complaints, blame games, or comparing ourselves to others.

I will take you through a part of my well-chewed path Before, I was always troubled by things like jobs, relationships, and the future. The level of apprehension that I used to experience then is simply unimaginable to me now.

It took a lot of my energy, both mentally and physically. Then I had the revelation she is a life is unregulated, so the nervousness cannot change what comes next.

It was one of the happiest summers in my life since I learned to be more independent, deal with problems thoughtfully, and get rid of unnecessary things.

I used to be a complainer too. Firstly, I was always ready to let myself down by despising my job, my colleagues, or simply, the way the world was revolving.

Nevertheless, discordance could hinder my improvement. But I turned the tides and started to fight difficulties, conquered them, and made the small victories the biggest accomplishments.

For me to make someone else accountable for my own errors was a petty task when it came about at times of misfortune. At first, I was blaming myself for everything.

It wasn't until biting my lips of hard work that I started unlocking its benefits, and problems. I believed in myself and that was the reason why I began to take responsibility for my actions.

It had been soundless torture when I was wounding myself by comparing myself to others. It made me feel like I did not suffice my aims and other people actually do.

Then, I came to the conclusion that each one of us has his own way. I paid more attention to achieving my goals and I began celebrating my achievements, praising myself for the step I made.

Life is full of moments, and each one of them comes with the opportunity to make these moments more meaningful. Through the process of not focusing on worries, complaints, blaming, and comparisons I have discovered that life is much more pleasant.

I have decided to live on the healthy and positive side, which has given me control and motivation, and made me appreciate the small steps that I am making. I choose that way to make most of the world and have fun exploring the way.
