I'll see you on the other side

i hear your voice but it’s distant

you and the others got through and i’m glad

i’m not sure how far behind i am but i’ll get there

this maze is so confusing, i’m sure i’ve been here before

sometimes i get a glimpse of you and the others

fleeting shapes in the night

you all seem happy and that makes me happy

it’s hard when the maze is thick and i can’t hear your voice

i don’t resent you rather i resent myself

the feeling that i’m just not good enough to work it all out

maybe this is a labyrinth just for me

i’ve lost track of time, i’ve lost track of you, i’ve lost track of the path onwards

‘endless possibilities’ they said

either way i can’t be the one that holds you back

i’ll keep working on this and i’ll see you on the other side
