Voted class clown, but inside I’m crying.
A smile on my face, yet deep down I’m dying.
Crowded by everyone; still I feel alone.
Inside still a child; outside I’m full grown!
No one ever sees me, cause all along I’ve been hiding!
The person inside, outside has been lying.

Although I don’t have bipolar, this hits home. Living with autism and anxiety was challenging for me. People would see me as thick-skinned and tough, but inside, I was weak and sensitive from time to time. Beautifully written!
