Icecream

:)

By katyPublished about a month ago 1 min read

In the heat of summer’s blaze,

Where the sun shines long, bright days,

A sweet delight comes into view,

A treat beloved, forever true.

Ice cream, in its creamy form,

Brings a chill, a cool, sweet storm.

A rainbow swirl in every scoop,

A joy that makes our spirits swoop.

Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry dreams,

Mint, pistachio, caramel streams.

Cones and cups and sundaes high,

Topped with cherries, reaching sky.

Waffle cones with crispy bite,

Hold the magic, pure delight.

Sprinkles dance in colors bold,

Each spoonful a story told.

The first cool lick, a blissful sigh,

Melts on the tongue, as time flies by.

Drips of joy on fingertips,

Laughter shared in playful sips.

Ice cream trucks with cheerful chimes,

Signal summer's sweetest times.

Children chase with gleeful shouts,

Coins in hand and happy pouts.

In parlors bright with neon glow,

Scooping joy in endless flow.

Friends and families gather round,

In ice cream's wonderland, they're found.

From frozen peaks to creamy pools,

In every bite, the summer rules.

A love affair with every taste,

In ice cream’s bliss, we find no haste.

So let us savor every bite,

In the golden, fading light.

For in ice cream’s cold embrace,

We find pure joy, a timeless grace.
