I Like the Rain

I am the rain.

By Little WandererPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

I like the rain,

and the wind,

whipping,

dragging,

distorting.

it feels like me.

like I am the rain,

and the wind,

whipping,

dragging,

and distorting.

I am fragile and moody and messy,

I am the rain pouring,

and the wind whipping.

I am a cozy sweater,

and a tucked bed.

as the rain pours against the impenetrable window

and the wind whips against the weary trees.

I don't know if I am outside or inside

I am the rain pouring,

drowning

the wind whipping

destroying

and a cozy sweater

under a tucked bed

I am
