I have a confession to make...
Driving in traffic makes me want to hurl…
It makes me feel like Ivan the Gorilla is sitting on my chest dressed in a string of pearls...
It makes my heart pound like a hard knock on the front door...
Looking on the bright side... while I am driving... I will never be bored...
It makes me feel like I want to run for the hills and never look back…
But like the band Survivor said: I've got the "Eye of the Tiger" so I must stay and attack...
Lyft has become my bestest friend because it keeps me calm…
But someday soon I'll venture out in traffic again armed with FAITH in my palm...
I know in my heart that there will be a day when anxiety will not win…
but until then…
I'll be gripping the steering wheel with a plastic grin…
