We are the foundation

Of their house of glass

Against us

They cast all their stones

Driving us from our homes

Not with bullets and clubs

But with debt and minimum wage

This is the slavery of the new age

I've long referred to it as the modern day feudal society. Thought I'd do my doctorate on the subject. They told me it was too vast a subject for a dissertation. It would have to be an entire field of study.

    💚💙

  • Meaningful with truth. Maybe one day the entire US will once again be earning a living wage.

It’s most insidious kind. Thought provoking piece!
