Dark Crown

A macabre poem, where death surrenders.

By Eduarda RodriguesPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

In the deep shadow, where the night dances,

A dark crown of darkness is cast.

Between threads of ebony, woven with affliction,

The Black Crown, symbol of darkness.

Their thorns, like shadows to entangle,

Gird the forehead of the king, the lord of sorrow.

Groans of the past, secrets buried,

In the Black Crown, they are eternally engraved.

Oh, funeral crown, in obsidian is carved,

In the pains of mourning, your essence is buried.

In every dark petal, a story intertwines,

Of hidden sorrows, and souls in disgrace.

In thrones of grief, where crows flutter,

The Black Crown, its mysteries embrace.

Moaning in silence, like a cold whisper,

In eternal shadows, its power unravels.

On moonless nights, she glitters with disdain,

A halo of torment, a scepter beyond.

Raised in the gloom, sovereign of pain,

The Dark Crown, ruler of horror.

In the realm of shadows, where mourning is law,

The crown rises, majestic of grei.

In your diadem of shadows, secrets contained,

The Black Crown, on his throne, is feared.

So in the darkness where suffering flourishes,

The Black Crown, on his throne, trembles.

With petals of sorrow, his reign extends,

A macabre poem, where death surrenders.
