Broken Glasses

A father of Six little girls wearing broken glasses

By Soulful WriterPublished 8 months ago 1 min read
A father wearing broken glasses.

A father of Six little girls,

In need, to get pills and to pay bills,

A father,

An old man,

By profession a tailor,

Works day and night,

To meet his needs,

With broken glasses,

Tied up with silver lase,

I saw an old man,

Waiting for people,

Oh! Thanks for coming to us for work,

Will get it stitched by half past two,

Holding a scissor,

Cutting the cloths,

For making a frock,

Wearing broken glasses,

With wearing a gratified smile,

How glad he was to see a client,

Indeed, the wish was hearty, to get pills and to pay bills.
