Bell Ringing
...melody that touches the sky
In a tower tall, where time lingers,
A solemn bell, it gently fingers.
With each swing, a resonant cry,
A melody that touches the sky.
With copper skin and iron core,
This bell rings, forevermore.
Its clapper strikes, the sound takes flight,
Echoing through the darkest night.
A symphony of joy and sorrow,
This ancient bell, it knows no tomorrow.
It sings for those who've come and gone,
A reminder of the spirits we long.
From births to deaths, it tolls for all,
For humble paupers and kings so tall.
A timeless rhythm it brings to being,
A harmonious dance, forever freeing.
A bell, a messenger of time,
Its vibrations, a comforting chime.
With every ring, a story unfolds,
As ancient legends are gently untold.
It echoes across the rolling hills,
Awakening dreams and curing ills.
Its melody sails across the land,
Guiding lost souls, lending a hand.
Through wars and peace, it carries the day,
Summoning hope with each sound it play.
A beacon of light, in the darkest night,
A symphony of love, eternally bright.
So, listen well, when the bell does ring,
For in its tune, a message it brings.
A call to unity, a call to hear,
To embrace life's journey, without any fear.
