You should be true to yourself and do what you love.

However, at other moments, when we are not in a good mood, we might not want others to be happy too. The fact that some people are either too reserved or too gung-ho may lead to a certain complexity in the problem.

When we are not happy, we might get jealous or critical of other happy people. Thus, this can take place if we are not content with who we are or if we feel restricted in some way. For instance, we may not even be aware that we are spreading the idea of thinking of ourselves less because of one's gender or interests to others. And if we were bound or punished as a child, we might be the ones to pay the price when we become adults.

The act of not being ourselves can imply the fact that we are trying to control everything and everyone around us.

We may desire things to be a certain way, hence we try to make others do what we want. However, this is what creates discontent in everyone.

Hence, the main reason in life is to be yourself and be happy. The fact that we do that, we in the process let others be happy too. It is like building a place where everybody can just be themselves without any pressure.

Let us be ourselves and try to make the world a happier place for the whole world.

Follow us in Part 2, where we’ll explain in detail how to accept your true self and be happy in your life.

You are absolutely true. We should do not the things our mind says but the things we want to acquire. Because we are the driver and mind is just the wheels of the vehicle. Hats off to your work.
