Bare Branches Breathe

A breath of fresh air. That is what is definied by this poem. Vibrant instances of color bring life to lonely trees. And in the wind their song sings sweetly a story of what was, what is, and what will be. An admiration of a youthful glow, that coerces the beauty around to shine with it. It expresses how freely love takes us by the hand and dances with us in the breeze. And as we bask in the moment, that we wish would last forever, we breathe.

Bare Branches Breathe

You, beautiful, are different

and kind

So effortlessly, on my mind,

you calm

my unyielding desire

Your roots engulf my weeds

Your grace reigns

and love grows.
