It is okay to have your feelings and to make acquaintances, but just don’t let them take too much control of you. To my mind, life is long in some areas, but why would we spend our precious time on everything negative?

Every day is a gem, so do not let the bad influences make you start to fall.

Time heals wounds. Ultimately we let go of those things we held dear, both physically and mentally, and a painful memory will start to fade. It doesn’t mean that we shall forget, but that we shall have a remedy.

Treat yourself with kindness, have the highest priority of your own joy, and forget the past.

Make it a goal to keep smiling until you die.
