It’s the warmth from the fire

The smoke leaving the room

It’s the sound of wood cracking

And the glare of the moon

It’s the waves crashing on the sand

And the scent of coconut in her hair

It’s the way she lays on my chest

And kisses my neck

It’s her soft lips, gentle and big

And the taste of her lipstick

I find comfort in all of it

Its the way her nose crinkles when she smiles

So subtle and cute

She can’t tell you why

And neither can I

She’s insecure about her smile

And covers her mouth when she laughs

It’s the brown in her eyes

That’s drives me wild

A divine pool of honey

Angelic but mild

I find comfort in her

And It may not be wise

But I can’t help getting lost in her big round eyes
