A Sixth Sense

All the Way to Nowhere

I wish we had another sense

the sense to disappear

to choose our last day

or night

to be less present

just with a thought

No need for a bullet

an overdose

or a jump from the Parthenon

A sixth sense

involving only one death

all the way to nowhere

-----

Or another sense

perhaps a seventh

to bring someone back

from oblivion

without any scars

or missing parts

just with a thought

No need for prayer

a miracle

or climbing Mount Olympos

A newly discovered sense

all the way from the Cosmos

-----
