Take a look
I’m hooked on books
I like to write poems
That flow like rainbows
In the drifts
Riffs in my mind’s eye
Weaving truths with every lie
Until the day I die

Awesome poem! I kind of love just having the date as title, really lets us in on your thoughts in the here and now.
Sounds like a plan, not just for the date (that would be yesterday--yeah, I'm slow; what's it too ya, lol?), but for an entire lifetime, wafting & weaving through truths & lies.
