2 Years Later; Russia versus Ukraine
War | Infographics Show
Two long years now since bombs started to drop
As Russia invaded, hoping Ukraine would quickly stop
But the country fought back, determined and brave
Refusing to let their freedom be enslaved
Russia's army has suffered, their equipment destroyed
Their first attack turned out to be a void
Yet still they keep coming, waves of careless assault
Hoping to wear down Ukraine, who bravely resist the onslaught
Ukraine now better equipped, with advanced aid from the West
As drone factories appear where buildings once rested
Russia turns to Iran, North Korea for weapons
Ukraine looks to the West, seeking connections
No end in sight for this deadlock war
As both sides dig trenches, the battles are a bore
The road ahead is bloody, the future is unclear
But Ukraine's heart is strong, their freedom is their cheer
So two years in, the question is in the air
Can Ukraine win this war, with so much blood to spare?
With unwavering allies, perhaps they'll succeed
As freedom rings out, liberty cannot be impeded
