memoria,

burnin' burnin' in my sun

curse of nostalgia

a past that's never done

memoria,

keep for me the ones i loved

more familiar

than their vestiges, time-robbed

memoria,

looping through what i've become

this fractal story

beating always the same drum

but a beckoning mountain

says it'll crown me

in golden present sun

so memoria,

i'll forsake you on the climb

burnin' burnin'

down the bridges in my mind

surreal poetry

It's a triumphant and powerful feel that teaches a great boundary with the past. Or so I gained. Well done and thank you.
