The story of Carl the dog.

When I first met him, I did not know.

I wasn't sure just how it would go.

Rather peculiar looking was he,

jumping around all happy with glee.

His mouth was crooked,

he had a snarl.

I looked down and said,

I shall name you Carl!

He loved his knew name,

and best friends we became.

Carl just loved all of his toys,

his heart overflowed with joy.

Since Carl was so small,

he really needed a big buddy.

Then one day we found him,

stinky, filthy, and oh so muddy!

We took him home,

and cleaned him up.

I told Carl we needed,

a name for this new pup.

Just then lightning flashed,

and thunder rolled, shaking the floor.

Carl barked, I agreed and said,

We shall name you Thor!

Carl and Thor began to play,

this they will do every day.

And all I have to say,

Is I wouldn't have it any other way.
