Start on your path of self-improvement today

Dear ladies and gentlemen!

In this session, I am bringing you an incredibly fascinating topic: how to change your life in one week completely. Yes, one week—highlight, underline, and circle that phrase. I believe many of you, upon hearing this, will find it easy to understand but hard to believe. However, I hope you'll have a different perspective after listening to this episode. Because there are many things in life that we only see as true after we've experienced them, just like how some dishes look unappetizing but become addictive once tasted. Life needs experiences, and when we successfully experience something, our view of it completely changes. The simple method I will guide you through in this session will help you feel a strange sensation, possibly the first time you accept in your life that you can elevate your life in just one week—completely transform it.

This is a feeling I have experienced myself, and I promise you, what I share today will be extremely simple, and anyone can do it, provided they want to do it and are patient. Only after completing the process should you form an opinion. As I said, many dishes might look bland, but you'll only know how delicious or not they are after tasting them. This method is similar: do it, finish the process, and then you'll understand what I mean. I am merely sharing what I have gone through. So let's dive right in!

Hello again to all our dear viewers. Today, we will discuss how to fundamentally change our lives—root and branch—within a week. How can we achieve this? Let’s quickly go over the theory and introduce the method, then in subsequent parts, I'll apply it to real-life examples and scenarios.

I've already mentioned that our goal may seem lofty, but the method is incredibly simple—almost laughably so. But don't underestimate it; it's powerful. I reiterate, these are things I've personally experienced. So, I temporarily call this method "total immersion." This simple approach can help you change your life within a week.

Don't let the term "total immersion" mislead you; it's very straightforward. The method involves dedicating all your available time to thinking about the one thing you need to excel at right now in your life. That's it. Do this, and your life will change dramatically—I swear. It may sound cheesy, but let me explain why.

Many people's lives don't progress simply because their thoughts are never fully clear. They've never devoted a significant portion of their lives to thoroughly understanding their own issues, goals, or current situations. That's one of the reasons their lives are stressful. We drift aimlessly because we've never seriously looked at our lives. We end up knowing all about celebrities, actors, or athletes but struggle to answer basic questions about ourselves. Most people can’t proudly answer what they truly want or need. Only a few can, and they usually have a clear sense of their position in life.

If you don't know your position, how can you navigate your life? Knowing your problem is the first step to solving it. When you clearly see your life, you can act more effectively. Total immersion helps you do this. Again, it means dedicating most of your time to thinking about the most critical thing you need to do well right now.

Here's the first example: Are you feeling lost, unsure of where your life is headed? Maybe you have an education, a job, a place to live, clothes, a phone, and a motorbike, but inside, you never feel satisfied. The future, direction, and meaning of your life seem unclear. If this is you, then apply total immersion to solve this problem, and after doing so, you'll never feel this fear again.

To those who are aimless, answer this: What is the critical thing you need to do well right now? List several if you must, but focus on the most crucial one. One common pitfall is not finding an answer immediately. It’s normal because many people know others' lives well but are clueless about their own. Just keep thinking, and you’ll get used to it after a week.

Total immersion means spending all your free time answering this question. What is the most critical thing you need to do well now? Sit down and think deeply about it. Your future self will thank you immensely. Focus, reflect, and you’ll find clarity.

When you thoroughly think things through, the emotion of hopelessness fades away. This process helps you grow because maturity involves facing your fate head-on. Many have avoided their reality for years. Put a foot on the path to maturity by asking this question and dedicating a week to it.

I’ll give a personal example: I once realized that my most pressing issue was loneliness. I thought deeply for two days and concluded that I needed to address my loneliness to improve my life. When you identify such critical points, you find hope. It’s the kind of hope grounded in reality, unlike the baseless hope of winning the lottery.

Thinking thoroughly and consist you to practical solutions. This deep reflection gives you the energy to act. For example, if you decide that you need to make more friends, you might come up with solutions like joining clubs, taking classes, or participating in social activities.

When you immerse yourself fully in contemplating your issue, your mind becomes clear. With this clarity, acting on your solutions becomes easier. After dedicating a week to deep reflection, your perspective and life will change. You’ll move forward with a clear vision.

Now, let’s move on to the second example, which might feel a bit different yet relatable. Some of you might think: I already have a job or am in school. Even if I find a new passion, I still need to continue my current path. That’s true. Even if your current situation is stable, you can still apply total immersion to enhance your life.

Many people dislike something simply because they haven’t done it well yet. For instance, playing an instrument like the guitar can be frustrating initially, but once you master it, you might love it. Similarly, many aspects of your life can become enjoyable once you excel at them.

Total immersion can help you become good at something you currently dislike. Identify what you need to do well in your current life situation. If you’re a student and need to improve your English listening skills, dedicate your week to that. Constantly think about it, and your skills will improve significantly.

In conclusion, immerse yourself completely in reflecting on and solving your most pressing issue. Dedicate a week to this, and your life will change for the better.

All for your success and happiness!
