Fresh New Start.

Resolution means to resolve something that is an issue. When I break down the word it literally shows me the energy the universe is reading from this intention RE- “Do again” Solve “find solution” it sets into motion the energy of Re solving an issue.

Every year over and over I have set resolutions in motion and over and over I have experienced the same result. The issues are always there the next year waiting to be re solved again.

Therefore, this year I will remove all words and feelings from my world that create undesirable results and replace them with the desires I wish to experience, and I will declare it is done now. I will live in the feeling of knowing success. I will no longer chase my intentions as if they are always coming tomorrow or next week, next month or next year. I will live in the now and attract to me the prosperity and abundance that is my divine birth right.

This year I will set intentions and act, planting the seeds of prosperity and abundance in my life. Prosperity to me feels like freedom and happiness. Finding Peace , Joy, Love , Beauty, and true Power, in my life. Being grateful for the smallest gifts to the largest. Understanding that all life is sacred. Understanding all life is about flowing with energy.

How will I find Peace? I will set my intention to be Peace and then I do it. I become Peace. I forgive everyone every where every time. I stay at peace from within. I will use my breath to bring me calm. I will use my heartbeat to connect my center. I will connect to the natural rhythm of my body. The gift of this body, this temple is our very connection with it. I will honor my body with love, fuel and sacred gratitude for the journey now.

How will I find Joy? I will set my intention to be Joy and then I will be Joyous and lighthearted connecting with the delights and pleasures of my heart. Walking barefoot in the sand. Hearing the birds begin to chirp just moments before the sunrise breaks over the horizon. Their sweet songs singing out to the world good morning sunshine.

How will I find Love? I will set my intentions to be Love. Then I will be Love. I will let go of judgment and see the sacred life working in all. I will show myself the care and attention I deserve demonstrating the Love to myself first I wish to have in all relationships and in all action of my life.

How will I find Beauty? I will set my intention to be Beauty and I will be Beauty. I will be beautiful with my heart and my actions. Showing kindness and supporting my fellow humans. I will be courageous and strong speaking words of inspiration using my words to create beauty and stir true emotion from within. I will reflect to all, the image I see of their truth. Beauty comes in all forms.

How will I find my Power? I will set my intention to be Power. I know my Power is remembering who I am. I am those things I choose to become. My Power is in understanding I choose. Nothing happens to me, but all happens through me.

This year I choose to move forward and be the solution I wish to see in this world. This year I will no longer look back with regret aka re-get. I will move forward out of the darkness embrace the lessons and say thank you. This year I fully let go of those old beliefs of setting myself up for more of the old.

I will read this daily to Re-mind me of my intentions.
