50 Ways to Get Rid of Writer's Block

1: Think about the Genre you write in then read a book in that genre. Let another book or a favorite book of yours inspire you and remind you want to become a writer.

2: Go to a cafe or library. It may stimulate your mind to write.

3: Talk to a friend about the story you want to come up with and ask them to brainstorm with you.

4: Write a small blurb to your book then make a cover for it. This a way to get started.

5: Watch your favorite movie and think about if your book could become a good movie.

6: Act out scenes from your ideas and plots.

7: Go outside and look for inspiration. People watch at a park and think about their lives. Come up with a story that's right in front of you.

8: Meet more people. Personalities inspire stories.

9: Remeber writing isn't for the money, but go on Zillow and look at cute apartments and house. Perhaps you'll get inspired to work more towards your goal.

10: Write 100 words a day as practice. Make it short and make it a small goal.

11: Try to train your mind to believe writer's block isn't real. Think about needing a new plot or direction in your story. You don't have the inspiration that you need.

40: As boring as it sounds, make a writing schedule and stick to it. Write about your idea then try writing the first chapter.

42: Pretend you can come up with new quotes throughout your books. Quote yourself.

43: Write about things around you or in your area vs coming up with something new. Be creative.

44: Remember that there's no limit with fiction. Keep in mind that you can make up anything.
