Greek yogurt is whey-free yogurt, also known as Greek-style yogurt, which is made by filtering yogurt with paper or cloth to remove whey. Products are very popular in European and American countries. A cup of Greek yogurt has 23 grams protein that digest's slowly, which make us feel more energynetic after eating; and a cup of low-fat or fat-free Greek yogurt has only 150 calories. .

To cook or serve as a meal:
