Sensitisation awareness is a critical component of entrepreneurship. It involves understanding the needs and wants of customers, creating products or services that meet these needs, and communicating the benefits of these products or services to the customers.

Development in Nigeria researched the impact of sensitisation awareness on entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. They employed survey research design and questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The population of the study consisted of entrepreneurs in Nigeria, and a sample of 200 entrepreneurs was selected using simple random sampling technique. The study found that sensitisation awareness had a positive impact on entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. The research is presently suggesting to the government and other relevant agencies that they should intensify efforts towards sensitising the public on the importance of entrepreneurship development and its potentials for economic growth and development. Once entrepreneurs understand prospect's needs, they can create products or services that meet these needs. This involves product development, which can include designing, testing, and refining the product or service. The goal is to create a product or service that solves the customer's problem better than existing solutions.

**Communicating Benefits**

After creating a product or service, entrepreneurs need to communicate its benefits to customers. This involves advertising and promotion, which can include online ads, social media posts, and public relations. The goal is to convince prospects that the product or service will solve their problem and is worth buying.

**Building Relationships**

Finally, marketing involves building relationships with customers. This can include clientele service, which involves answering questions, solving problems, and making them feel valued. It can also includes client base retention strategies, such as loyalty programs or regular check-ins with prospects. The goal is to keep them satisfied so they continue to buy the product or service and recommend it to others.

Here are a few suggestions for building sensitisation awareness in entrepreneurship: -

Emphasise empathy and understanding different perspectives. Entrepreneurs need to understand their prospects, employees, and stakeholders. Role playing exercises and discussions about different viewpoints can build empathy. -

Discuss unconscious biases. We all have unconscious biases that influence our thoughts and decisions. Openly discussing common biases in areas like gender, race, age, etc. can help entrepreneurs recognise and mitigate their own biases. -

Promote diversity and inclusion. Seek diversity in hiring, workplace culture, and client outreach. Different voices and perspectives lead to more creativity and better solutions. -

Learn about different cultures . Immersing yourself in different cultures builds understanding. This helps entrepreneurs serve a wider client base. -

Practice active listening and open-ended questions. Don't just wait for your turn to talk. Truly listening to others' sojourns and perspectives is key for sensitisation. -

Acknowledge privilege transparently. Those with advantages in areas like education, wealth, or social status should transparently recognise their privilege and how it shapes their perception

Foster two-way dialogues. Discussions about sensitive topics should allow for respectful sharing by all parties involved. This builds mutual understanding. -

Check your own assumptions and biases. We all have unconscious biases. Continuously self-reflecting and checking your own assumptions is crucial for sensitisation. The key is focusing on empathy, openness, and inclusion in all entrepreneurial pursuits. Building these into the entrepreneurial process leads to greater innovation and impact.

In conclusion, marketing is a vital part of entrepreneurship. It helps entrepreneurs understand the difference between wants and needs, create products or services that meet these needs, communicate the benefits of these products or services, and build relationships with all acquaintances, family, friends, and partners. Without effective marketing, even the best product or service may fail to reach its potential customers and succeed in the market.
