Mike Singleton-MikeyDred from Great Britain 🇬🇧Part 1

Mike Singleton-MikeyDred, has been a fix Important figure on Vocal since April 2021. He is one of the easiest person to search for on Vocal. He has written over 1266 stories on Vocal. He has over 10,000 reads on Vocal. He has receive the one bonus, non of us has ever received. If he is not on Vocal he is out traveling to wonderful places or having medical maintenance. Mike Singleton-MikeDred is a very open Vocal book, if there anything you need to know about him you can read it on his Vocal profile stories. You won’t know his muse, that is his very top secret, he keep close to his heart, like a box full of treasure.

Mariann( New York): Where were you born ?

Mike (Newcastle): Preston in Lancashire, England. I was born in Mount Street Hospital. My dad was a builder. My dad is still strong, born in the same year as Elvis. I lost my mum to a stroke and heart attack in 1990.My brother is disowned . I talk to my sister on a weekly basis.

Fan Fact: How was the name Mike Singleton -MikeyDred created?

Mariann: What do you like about England(United Kingdom)?

Mike: So many things, I don’t like driving but there are so much of UK, I have yet to visit.I can visit almost anywhere I want in an hour or two. I can experience amazing architecture, landscapes, castles, stately homes, museums, Library and music venues I played in a bands that often provide me inspiration for my creations on Vocal.

Fun Facts: Mike has visited Mexico, Ireland, Hungry, Turkey and Holland.

Mariann: When did you move to Newcastle ?

Mike: 1990, moved to Newscastle because an employer wanted me up here. I discovered this small city where everything is within walking distance with great public transportation.

Fun Fact: Mike like to walk and visit cats that are on his walks. He post them on his Facebook page and Instagram page.

Mariann: What was the first thing you wrote on Vocal:

Mike:I was tempted into Vocal by the big cash prizes over two years back. I had been writing a diaristic blog for 15 years but then thought I would dip my finger into Vocal. I adopted a story from Seven Days in the blog.

Mariann: What’s is your real life schedule and how do you fit your writing in it?

Mike: I work a five day in a week from home, but very often as need to run jobs that takes time to finish. I use any free time to write Vocal stories. It varies everyday, but I usually try to write before work and later at night.

Sometimes when I am away from my computer, I write or dictate stories on my phone. I correct them when I get on my computer.

Fan Facts: Mike had a job as a computer operator then went on a two month course with Littlewoods. Mike is now a computer programmer.

Mike: I get a lot of ideas and promise people stories and that puts me under a bit of pressure. I am fine with it.

Mariann: What Project are you busy with right now in relation to writing?

Mike: The main one is an anthology of poem that I have written for a close friend. I keep putting it off, but she is looking forward to getting her signed hardback copy.
