Jason James: Alexus, thank you for sitting down with me today. I'm excited to learn more about your journey in the entertainment industry. Let's start with the recent BET red carpet experience. How did that make you feel?

Alexus: The BET red carpet was cool, and I felt like I was meant to be there, but I was wishing for better circumstances, although I'm grateful for it in the first place. In my mind, I knew I wanted more so bad that I was gonna make it happen, but I'm still nowhere close to where I want to be. In fact, I'm just getting started and still haven't touched anything. Did I think any of the events leading up to now were going to happen? Absolutely not. But I knew I was going to put myself out there and see what comes of it. My viral videos weren't in the planning at all – that was a real moment in my life that I didn't expect to go viral at all. I wasn't trying to.

Jason James: I see. And what about your personal life? Are you currently dating anyone?

Alexus: No, I'm not dating anyone. I'm not looking to date anyone right now, and I've been celibate for a while now too. I've got more important things to worry about right now. But if I could give someone a pass when I'm on my feet and doing better, it would definitely be Skilla Baby. I want him bad. I'm interested in knowing him personally, not the rapper part of him.

Jason James: Interesting. Let's talk about your upcoming projects. I heard you have a new TV show in the works. Can you tell us more about that?

Alexus: Yes, I'm on a new show with a new network called the Lituation Network. The TV show is called 'The House of Pain,' and it should premiere on July 19th, but I'm not sure if it's confirmed. I'll be posting about it as well as my affiliate link, so definitely click it, subscribe, and share it when I start posting it.

Jason James: Exciting! And what about your other creative pursuits, such as acting and modeling?

Alexus: Yes, I'm interested in acting and modeling. Even voice-overs are fine. My end goal is to be making six figures and earning residual income, so multiple streams of income is what I'm looking for. I need a solid income and part-time income for each child I have.

Jason James: That's a very focused and ambitious goal. I'm curious about your educational background as well. What are you currently studying?

Alexus: I'm proudly attending Full Sail University, where I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in Music Recording and Audio Production with a concentration in Communication. I've also recently obtained my CCMA certification, though I'm unsure if I want to take the national test due to the current demands on me.

Jason James: That's impressive. And how do you navigate the world of social media, given the opinions and scrutiny that can come with it?

Alexus: Social media doesn't bother me because, as a whole, social media doesn't know how to feel. A lot of people project their personal experiences, and some people are just there because I'm trending right now. A lot of people don't like it, but they don't have a choice but to respect it. I did the most sane thing a loving mother truly could do. Yes, it hurts, but sometimes we've got to do what we've got to do as single mothers. I didn't have that village – my village was created by me for my kids, so I can do what I have to do to give us that better future. Yet, I am doing everything I said I was going to do, and anything I haven't done yet, I'm going to do! I know it. I just have to meet the right people who see and understand my vision, even if they don't. I need them to believe in my determination, my risk, and I have already shown the world that I am willing to cry and bleed for a better future for our lives. I've already shown that behind it, I'll take on the world alone if I have to, and I am.

Jason James: That's a powerful and inspiring outlook. Finally, what can we expect from you in the future?

Alexus: You can expect to see hell of collabs, silent moments where I go MIA, and you might see me on your TV and hear me on your radio. And if you watch hard enough, you might see me in some of your artists' music videos. Honestly, you never know what you're gonna get from me, but just know I'm probably getting paid for it. All we can do is just wait – I'm gonna continue to throw myself out there and build a fan base in the process.

Jason James: Well, Alexus, thank you for your time and for sharing your journey with us. I'm excited to see what the future holds for you.

Alexus: Thank you, I appreciate the opportunity to share my story.
