Who is This?

Part - 1

It was almost midnight in winter. The entire city was asleep, wrapped in the warmth of blankets due to the cold. The large house standing at the edge of the city was also in a deep slumber. The road in front of it was just as deserted as the other roads in the city. The road that led out of the city towards another city passed by this house but shortly ahead, it went into a dense and vast forest. After this thick forest, a mountainous road began, with a steep rocky wall on one side and a deep ravine on the other. There's another route to the neighboring city which is wide and secure, so everyone avoids this forest road. For this reason, the condition of the road through the forest was very poor.

Suddenly, the main gate of that dark, sleeping house opened, and a horse-drawn carriage emerged, but the coachman was not visible. And the strange thing was, the carriage started moving towards the forest without a coachman. But in that silent night, there was no one on the road to stop this driverless carriage from moving towards that dangerous road. And inside that closed carriage, at that moment, sat a helpless girl with her hands, feet, and mouth bound.

At this moment, the horse-drawn carriage was running very fast on that bumpy road, and inside, the girl, bound and half-lying, was constantly being jolted and knocked around, sometimes hitting the closed window of the carriage, sometimes the seat. When she was pushed into the carriage, she was seated on the seat, but the speed and jolts of the carriage did not help her bound body maintain balance, and she helplessly rolled inside the carriage. As she tumbled, her head hit something hard, and her neck also got severely hurt.

The girl wanted to scream, but no sound came out. Meanwhile, the horses were running like mad, as if some supernatural force was chasing them, and they were trying to escape. Amidst this chaos, no one noticed when the forest ended and the carriage reached the mountainous road. A little later, the chased carriage, unable to balance itself at a bend, vanished into the ravine beside the mountainous road. Only the midnight nature witnessed the accident of the carriage.

Sonia, sitting right next to Ed, said, Oh my God, what a horror movie you’ve brought me to! I can't take it anymore. I'm leaving.

Ed whispered, At least wait until the intermission, then we'll leave together.

Okay, said Sonia, turning her head to look around, and she saw that Ron and Rita had come to watch the same movie. However, they weren't paying attention to the movie; they were engrossed in their own conversation.

Since they were sitting in a corner seat, they weren't bothering the other viewers. Seeing them, Sonia got furious. She felt very annoyed with herself. She had been friends with Ron for so long, but still couldn’t express her feelings to him. If things continued like this, Ron would slip away from her any day.

Sonia is sitting in front of the mirror, carefully applying lipstick to her lips. Today, her lips must look just like rose petals. Ron had whispered it to her that day. That day, when it was the college's freshman welcome event. After the event, as she was heading towards the green room, Ron suddenly appeared in front of her and said, Your song was amazing today.

Since entering college, Sonia has been crazy about Ron. She doesn't know if it's called love at first sight, but for some reason, if Ron doesn't come to college one day, she doesn't feel good. When Ron himself came forward and praised her singing, it was obvious that Sonia's heart would soar like a bird in the sky. She smiled sweetly and said, Thank you.

Suddenly, Ron leaned forward and whispered, You look very beautiful too. Sonia, blushing, lifted her head to look at Ron's face and felt she could hear his thoughts: 'I want to kiss you.' While thinking about how to respond to Ron's compliment, she heard him say, How about a cup of coffee with me after college? Will you come?

Sonia couldn't say no. After college, they went to a famous coffee shop in the city on Ron's bike. They talked a lot that day over coffee. Since that day, their acquaintance has blossomed into a deep friendship. But Sonia's heart was restless to express her feelings to Ron. With Ron being so popular among all the students in the college for his charming looks, mesmerizing smile, and sweet nature, Sonia sometimes feared that someone might snatch Ron away before she could confess her feelings. Moreover, the other day, while watching a movie with Ed, she discovered Ron with Rita! So, when Ron invited her to his birthday party, Sonia decided she would confess her feelings to him, come what may.

After getting ready, Sonia took her car and set out. The joy of finally expressing her feelings to Ron made her happy, and she hummed a tune while driving. As she drove a little further, she saw a girl standing on the road, gesturing for a lift, but the cars speeding by weren't stopping. Sonia also thought about driving past her. What's the need to give a lift to a stranger? She glanced at her watch; it was just evening. The party at Ron's house would start soon, and she didn't want to be late for it. However, as she approached the girl, she slowed down the car. The girl came forward and said, Could you please give me a lift?

Leaning out of the window, Sonia asked, Where do you need to go?

Just drop me off where JH Road intersects with this road. My house is a bit further along JH Road.

Alright, get in. I'm also going further along that road, so I can drop you off in front of your house.

Sonia opened the car door. The girl got in and sat beside her. As the girl got in, Sonia took a good look at her. The girl was wearing a dark red sleeveless party dress with matching jewelry and high heels, looking like she was going to a party. She wore a large black hat, partially covering her face. After closing the car door, the girl took off her hat and placed it on her lap, allowing Sonia to see her face clearly.

Sonia had never seen such a beautiful and captivating face before. Despite being a girl, she felt deeply attracted to this girl. What drew her in the most were the girl's mesmerizing eyes! Those eyes were so intoxicating that they made Sonia feel almost drunk. The girl said, What's wrong? Let's go!

Oh... yes, Sonia said, starting the car. As the car moved forward and JH Road came closer, Sonia inexplicably wished that this road would stretch a bit longer, allowing her to spend more time with this unknown yet strangely familiar girl. She couldn't understand why she felt this way. Suddenly, she felt the girl's hand moving over her left hand, and the touch sent a strange tingling sensation through Sonia's body.

She had only felt this way when Ron had hugged her. Sonia had never imagined that a girl's touch could evoke such a different sensation. Meanwhile, the girl's hand moved from her hand to her shoulder. Surprised by the girl's strange behavior, Sonia turned to look at her while driving. And as she looked, her eyes widened in terror. The girl's eyes, which had seemed so captivating moments ago, had changed from a deep blue to a strange red. Now, the girl looked quite terrifying and fierce. A cold shiver ran down Sonia's spine. What was this? Why were there two fangs visible on either side of the girl's mouth? At that moment, the girl looked more like a demon than a human! No… more like a vampire! Sonia cried out in fear, Who… who are you?

The girl looked at her and smiled strangely, then said in a raspy voice, What… am I not attractive? But you seem more attractive to me. I want to get very close to you. As she said this, the girl's hand suddenly grabbed Sonia's throat. Gripping her throat, she pulled Sonia's head closer to her. Sonia screamed, Aah… Aah, because on one hand, she felt that something very bad was about to happen to her, and on the other, she saw the out-of-control car swerving down the road; it could crash at any moment.

Without responding, the girl pressed her lips against Sonia's. Sonia's eyes bulged in terror because it felt like the girl was sucking the life out of her body through the kiss. After a while, the girl pushed the now lifeless, bloodless Sonia back into her seat and sat up straight. She then turned and looked at herself in the car mirror. Strangely, even though no one else could see it, she now looked exactly like Sonia. The girl let out a chuckle. At that same moment, the car, swerving uncontrollably, veered off the road and finally crashed into a tree.

As the car came to a stop, the girl got out. The front of the car was completely crushed. Smoke was rising from the engine. The girl flipped the car with one hand, causing gasoline to spill from the tank. Smiling slightly, she walked towards the road. By then, the car had burst into flames behind her.
