The extermination of Jews continued until the end of World War II.

By 1940, Nazi forces were able to occupy a large part of Europe. During the war, various countries were invaded and occupied, as well as the genocide of Jews was going on very vigorously. It is known that there were about 42,500 concentration camps or Jewish extermination camps of Nazi forces in various areas of Europe occupied by Germany.
