Interpretation of the Lord of the rings

Lord of the Rings Crusade

By Agnes HuPublished 2 years ago 7 min read

The Lord of the Rings is not a simple adventure story. Frodo's journey with the Ring to Mount Doom is only one part of the "War of the Rings".

After Sauron's defeat at the end of the Second Age, he only lost his body, but his soul consciousness remained. He reappeared as a necromancer in Midearth around the year 1000, hoping to make a comeback. In the Harry Potter series, Voldemort must have taken inspiration from Sauron (J.K. Rowling began reading The Lord of the Rings when she was 14).

In the year 2463, the Ring was restored, and Sauron saw his chance. Once the Ring is back, the broken men, the elves in the woods, there is nothing to stop him.

Sauron was smart enough to know that his greatest obstacle was the wizards sent by the higher gods, so he had to take care of five of them first. But three of them were useless. Some seemed so lost in the sights of Middle-earth that they forgot what they were doing, while others were so defeated that they could only fight Saruman and Gandalf.

Then Sauron will have an easier time. If he takes one of them on his side, the sorcerer's power will be neutralized.

It was not until 3017 that Sauron captured Gollum, who had held the Ring, and when he got the key clue, he immediately sent the Ring Wraithr to the Shire to retrieve it.

The nine Wraiths were originally human. When Sauron said he wanted to protect the world better, he tricked the art-making elves into forging 19 rings, three for the elves, seven for the dwarves, and nine for the humans.

Sauron rigged the rings so he could control the leaders of the pack once the Ring was made. The elf 3 rings did not succeed, the elf sent the ring early; Dwarves are not controlled because of their stubborn character; Nine human rings were recovered by Sauron and given to nine human nobles who became his servants when their bodies died, gaining power but losing themselves.

Happened to shire to old friends, bilbo baggins, birthday of gandalf found the supreme Lord of the rings, after an investigation, he learned that guru are caught, then makes the new holders, frodo baggins, run the ring road, should also called or ranger identity during the period of aragon to escort, is to find another wizard saruman to help.

With the Ring in his grasp, Sauron began to build up his army in preparation for a full-scale war to unite the Middle Earth.

Saruman became a pivotal figure. Sauron had not yet regained the Ring, had not yet recovered his body, and it was difficult for Sauron to manage the complex and changing battle.

As the head of the Five Warps, Saruman was supposed to be the greatest obstacle to Sauron's ambitions, but he was fascinated by the Ring. Proud of his character, he yearns for greater power, which the original Vila leader could not give him, but Sauron could. This leaves only one Gandalf out of five who can stand up to Sauron.

It could be argued that Saruman's fall accelerated the process of war.

With Saruman's help, Sauron has a general manager and two Maias, and the Middle Kingdom is in danger.

Sauron rested his strength in Mordor in the southeast, and Saruman built an army of Uruk-qiang at Isengard in the middle, which matched the two great powers of man, Gondor and Rohan.

Even without the Ring, humanity is at stake.

Informed of this, Elven Lord Elrond of Rivendell bluntly said, "We cannot fight Mordor and Isengard at the same time."

At this point, men, elves, dwarves, all races must work together to have a chance of reversing the odds.

For the most part, there were a few more hobbits.

After an emergency meeting at Rivendell, men, Elves and dwarves decided to send the Fellowship of the Ring to Mount Doom in Mordor to destroy the Ring.

We are outnumbered, but with the Ring, we have at least some control.

Sauron and Saruman will not let the Fellowship of the Ring run its course. Try to stop it and take it. But WITH LIMITED INTELLIGENCE, LIMITED ORC INTELLIGENCE, LIMITED NUMBER OF RING WRANGLINGS, AND THE RING'S LACK OF GLOBAL GPRS, IT WOULD BE UNWISE TO SPLIT UP THE FORCE FOR A FULL-SCALE INTERCEPT.

We cannot get the Ring back soon, nor can the army we have assembled wait. Now Saruman suggested to Sauron that the world had changed, that men and elves were not as united as they had been, that even the men were at odds with each other, and that it might be a good time to destroy Rohan alone, to destroy the morale of the men.

The war began, and thousands of Uruk-hai marched on Rohan, burning and pillaging their way, forcing thousands of Rohan's people to seek refuge in Helm's Deep.

Because Helm's Deep claims it can never be breached

But with tens of thousands of men against about 3,000 men, many of whom were untrained militiamen, the last stronghold of Rohan was no longer safe.

Saruman had long coveted Rohan, for he had corrupted King Theoden with his magic, and the treacherous men who held power were his own.

Little did he know that by destroying the Fellowship of the Ring, the men of the Fellowship would become Rohan's vital saviors.

When Gandalf and Aragorn, who had been escorting Frodo to Mount Doom, arrived in Rohan, they made Rohan somewhat resistant again.

While Aragorn is definitely the main character in the war storyline, Gandalf is more of a central figure.

A central figure always plays a key role in a difficult situation. This person is usually a mentor, or a lover, who pushes the protagonist to the final solution.

As early as the first Lord of the Rings, Gandalf realized that Aragorn could lead the race back together.

Lord of the Rings 2 presents an epic battle in Helm's Deep, and Gandalf is indeed the MVP of the game. If he hadn't seen through Saruman's plot and then insisted on calling for help, humans would be no match for Saruman.

But humans have to be helped up, too.

It was Aragorn who lifted the human race up.

The fault of his ancestors led to the crisis of the Ring again, he could not help feeling a little guilty, and the love of the fairy princess let him cannot stop. Should have been king of Gondor, but felt unworthy, and went into self-imposed exile.

Joining the Fellowship of the Ring gives him a chance to atone for his ancestors, and although the journey is not easy, the climax of the First Lord of the Rings, when Boromir, the son of the Regent of Gondor, recognizes him as king, helps him regain some confidence.

When Lord of the Rings 2 arrives in Rohan and faces the battle of Helm's Deep, he finally assumes the mantle of leader. He was as good at raising the spirits of his troops as King Rohan was at defending the city.

When at last they were outnumbered, the King said nothing, but Aragorn was still in command. The ultimate charge was also Aragorn's idea.

The battle of Helm's Deep has put Sauron on alert. According to Gandalf, Sauron does not want the people to reunite, and if a new king takes the throne, it will be much harder for him to unite Middle Earth.

Can't wait for the Ring. I lost the last time I had one. Sauron had to destroy Gondor before it was leaderless. Rohan had just finished the war next door.

Minas Tirith, the capital of Gondor, was near the border of Mordor, and the Orc armies were within easy reach of the city. It was here that the greatest war of the Ring took place.

This time Aragorn and Gandalf changed places. Gandalf helped defend the city, and Aragorn went to call for reinforcements.

In the Nick of time, Aragorn did what a king should do.

But even if Minas Tirith is held, the humans are far from victorious. Only if Frodo throws the ring into Mount Doom will Sauron die once and for all. Sauron, however, was no fool. He had gathered an army to defend the Gateway of Mordor, waiting for the Ring to come to him.

It's Aragorn again. He proposes to gather all his men and horses and attack Mordor as a diversion. As soon as Sauron takes his eye off the ball, Frodo has a chance.

When Aragorn delivers his prewar speech at the Black Gate of Mordor, no one will doubt that Gondor has a new king.

From being double-sided by Isengard and the Twin Towers of Mordor, to gradually turning the tide and changing the passive situation on the battlefield, the human side cannot do without three factors.

The first was Gandalf's assistance. His existence made the two sides have the suspense of victory and defeat, and several key decisions directly affected the trend of the war;

The second is that the human spirit has not completely fallen. Even when there was little hope of victory, the human armies fought on, and with leaders like Aragorn, the human spirit of bravery and selflessness continued;

The third is the power of unity. Rohan and Gondor fell like cold lips and teeth. If they do not work together, they cannot speak alone. Once united, their power can challenge the gods. The humans, along with the Elves (who don't seem to have an army at Helm's Deep in the original novel, which is mostly in the movie), the Treents, and other forces, come to their aid in a timely way that Saruman and Sauron never expected.

Frodo's containment also played an important role.

First Sauron was afraid that Frodo might have stolen the ring, and then he was afraid that the King would return to his throne. If he had ignored Frodo and sent his troops at the same time as Saruman, things would have been different, and Gandalf and Aragorn would have faced a much bigger problem.

Sauron should consider that it is not clear whether Frodo will be able to resist the Ring.
