Einstein Vs Newton

What should be learned from Einstein and Newton?

By Zayn Published 2 years ago 4 min read

We can learn a lot from great, capable and intelligent people. His way of working and his habits probably make him great. But many intelligent people also have strange habits. So did these same habits take him to such a height?

And can we also become successful like them by learning such strange-poor habits of famous personalities. First let us tell you about some such habits of some great personalities. Nikola Tesla, the great inventor of the 20th century, used to practice rotating his thumbs every night.

He used to rotate each toe at least a hundred times. Tesla claimed that it activated his brain cells! Paul Ardos, called the great mathematician of the 20th century, used to solve numerical puzzles with the help of a chemical called amphetamine.

Once a friend told Paul that he would give five hundred dollars if he did not take amphetamines for a month. Paul managed to do this. But he told his friend that he pushed back the maths by a month. Similarly, the great British physicist Newton had his own story.

Newton's habits

He believed that man should not marry. Should abstain from sex. It is believed that Newton carried this love throughout his life. There is no need to tell how much we are indebted to Newton today. Nicolas Tesla also remained without marriage and sex throughout his life.
Although Tesla later claimed that he had fallen in love with a pigeon! Many scientists of the world are having such experiences. For example, the BC mathematician Pythagoras had objections to the use of beans. Similarly, American scientist Benjamin Franklin used to take air bath while naked.

So do intelligent people have such feelings? Is it because of this that he is able to reach such a high status on the pedestal of greatness? Scientists believe that the biggest reason for someone being extremely intelligent is the surrounding environment. Everyday habits also help a person to climb the stairs of greatness.

Among the great personalities of the world, the most famous scientist was probably Albert Einstein. So can we be like Einstein by learning from his strange habits? Let's try to find out.

Reason to be smart

Ten hours of sleep and short naps- We all know that good sleep is very important for our brain to function better. Einstein used to sleep for ten hours daily. While in today's date, an American sleeps only 6.8 hours on an average.

Famous writer John Steinbeck used to say that the solution to many problems comes from sleeping at night. When the sleep committee sits at night, it solves the problems in a jiffy. Many great inventions of the world, many theories of science came to mind while sleeping.

For example, the structure of DNA or Einstein's theory of special relativity. In 2004, an attempt was made to teach a number game to some people at Lübeck University in Germany. Those who were given the opportunity to sleep learned the game more easily.

When we sleep, our brain goes through several cycles from light sleep to deep sleep. There is movement in the brain every one and a half to two hours. When we are sleeping, our mind is very active. The deeper we sleep, the more the brain gets a chance to be active.

Brain activity

A part of the brain called the thalamus acts as a switching center. Which sends different types of signals to different parts of our brain. With its help, we are able to sleep properly. People whose brain is more active while sleeping, it can be said that they are more intelligent.

Now it is not clear that he became more intelligent because of the activation of the brain while sleeping. Or they are intelligent, because of this their brain is more active while sleeping. Einstein used to take naps even while working. He used to roll on the easy chair with a spoon in his hand. He used to keep the plate below.

So that when the spoon leaves his hand while sleeping, it falls on the plate. He used to wake up from its sound. Daily walk- Einstein used to go for a walk daily. When he was working at Princeton University in New Jersey, he used to go for a one and a half mile walk every day.

Famous biologist Darwin also used to walk daily for 45 minutes. Now what are its benefits? Walking is not only beneficial for health. This improves memory. To be creative, a walk in the open air is very effective. But why is it so?

Better memory

Superficially it seems that by walking the brain is not able to do the work of thinking properly. He has to concentrate in maintaining balance while walking. But what actually happens is that some parts of the brain begin to relax while walking.

The brain adopts a completely new way of thinking during this time. The part of the brain with the help of which our memory is better. We are able to take decisions and understand the language, they reduce their activity a little. During this time we go through a period of deep thinking. The brain cannot do this work while sitting at the desk.

Eating Spaghetti - What Do Smart People Eat? It is said about Einstein that he loved spaghetti. Actually our brain needs a lot of energy to work. The weight of the brain is only two percent of the total weight of our body.

But it consumes twenty percent of the total energy of the body. The brain needs energy that is easily available, and needs it continuously. Today it is advised to avoid excessive use of carbohydrates. But it is the most favorite source of energy for the human brain.
