The big meltdown cometh

The world changes so fast and the earth groans as it offers what once was unheard of. We see the heat waves, earthquakes, deroches, and other strange weather patterns that were not a part of yesterday hurling us ever towards the end of the age. Everyone seems full of rage and some say we have come to the end of the age. Perhaps the hourglass sands may run out sooner rather than later.

Every day for the past year, there has been at least one road rage story related to my state. This was not a part of my past. People no longer punch each other out and make up the next day. Everyone seems programmed to murder. How can the thought process be to remove someone from the earth so carelessly and recklessly? Do they care about loved ones left to carry on? What's with the thought process that a human can be snuffed out so casually? Teenagers shoot one another every day, which makes no sense.

We long for yesteryear

When Baby Boomers were young, we were always about romance, a dance, prom, goodbye smootches, and love. "Love you do you love me too notes, were fun. How we recall the past fondly. Days full of love and lovers who held hands and slow dance. The memory markers become more apparent as we age. Can you recall 40 or 50 years ago a top song everyone loved and sang along to?

TV shows, concerts, and theater features. You recall who made you laugh, cry, squeal with joy or whose words hurt you. Which guy or gal broke your heart or whose heart was broken by you? Love letters, stolen moments, and hands held were all such fun.

Today, the younger folk seem to fear God less, and many say a Creator does not exist. Youth now must fear stranger danger and cannot even go to amusement parks unless an adult chaperones. Boomers grew up when Pornography, tattoos, alcohol, and gamblers were once relegated to back rooms or seen as wrong but are now normalized and celebrated.

Values and morals have changed

Teachers now molest students. Adults have sexual partners who are underage teens. People found deceased that were murdered happen more frequently today and scares so many of us. Faster and faster we go. We see that what once was tabu the masses now embrace. Everyone seems to rebel and run from rules placed to protect from danger and prevent tragedy.

Law enforcement personnel are shot by those they serve and protect. Car chases at extreme speeds lead to people who are mowed down by those commanding autos who refuse to stop. War, poverty, and greed are everywhere.

We seek the Redeemer

Some acknowledge Satan and the power of the dark openly now and our young males and females watch, unable to tell wrong from what should be accepted. The downward fall of man troubles many, but what can be done? We fall, descend, crash, and burn, and no one seems to have answers. Oh, for the joy of happy days when you could go out whenever you chose, and there was no fear of tragedy around every corner.

The earth melts faster and faster. Two men want to be our next leader, and most say they don't want The Donald or Joe B. Stop the world; some of us want to get off but know we cannot. We have done all we can and must stand. We look up as our redemption draws near. How long-not long.

Calgon take us away

Redeemer, helper Holy One, please come soon. Beam us up, Scotty. Rescue us as we hold to the anchor. We see the world headed toward a crash and burn and shout Calgon take us away. We trust that someone stronger and more powerful has the key to unlock a better future. Hang on He will return.

Can you feel the atmosphere change, the moans and groans of the earth? Do you feel as though the sea roars the elements are out of wack, and the world has turned over? Many expect change to appear soon and look forward to the event.

Floop is a madman-help us save us!

Those who run the system seem to have gone astray. We now have before us a mad, mad, mad world. Who has the power to set us all free? Some say a male human leader who offers a New World Order has the answers. Soon to appear on the scene some eagerly expect such a man foretold in the long past to appear and correct all wrongs.

Others keep hearts guarded and heads to the sky seeking the clouds for the answer. They hold on and hold out that we will be saved before the atmosphere abruptly changes, and the earth consumed will crumble. As the world around us melts down, they say the chosen ones shall ascend as the Glory appears from the Supernatural One who has all power.

From where will our help come?

Those who expect help from a human world leader, watch the landscape and wonder would they know the one the seek. They ponder he may already be among us and look for way to flush the man out. Some say the earthy source proves to be trustworthy and has supernatural power. and guarantees heaven on earth but actually may lead to hell. He eventually has a meltdown and shows that the message he promoted was false. He places everyone in danger and the chaos keeps us on the downward fall.

World order or a new world?

Those whose hope come from above look up assured redemption comes soon. They say "We keep our heads to the sky for the blessed hope." They seek the great return, the second act, the show of shows, an encore performance.

A Redeemer to hear every cry and help us and save us from ourselves and the fake one. They expect one last battle between the two and only one can come out on top. How long before change comes? How much more can the world endure before good overcomes the bad and there is eternal peace?
