After the holidays are over, the new year has just started. I hope this year is going to be better than the last one. I have to go back to school. And yes, there's going to be lots of work to catch up on before the summer starts. At least I did some homework, brain exercise sheets, from my psychology.

Today, I am working on some reports from my history of science with astronomy. I have only got three days to finish this. The problem is my work schedule and my boss. If I don't complete it, it's going to be a major consequence. Yeah, for sure. No, the teacher sounds seriously like a nightmare. Even this teacher didn't like me very much. It wasn't Miko, it was a substitute teacher. Miko has to do something with a couple of her sisters who work in my school. My lover, Mio is helping Izumi, the youngest one with her homework as well. Mio said that they’ll come over if I need some help. And yes, both Miko and Izumi are Mio’s sisters. Now about my report, I have to write about these four topics on each page. ‘What is astronomy?’ ‘How is astronomy studied?’ ‘Why studying the planets and extraterrestrial objects are important?’ ‘What other things can people use with astronomy?’ I have to write at least 600 words. Yes, each topic! Great. I have to get more hours to stay awake and sleep for five hours. I might have to get some coffee with some espresso and hazelnut flavor.

The next day, no school today, and thank God I have a day off of work. I have just finished the first topic page. Easy as pie! I'm almost done with my second one. It's still very tricky. How do people study this? I gotta call Miko. She’s an expert on this. I don't know if she's busy. Or, I think I should call Mio. I grabbed the phone and contacted Mio if she and Izumi can come over to help with his reports. It rang. It rang again. And, again. I tapped my fingers on the desk- eager, anxious, & impatient. I'm starting to shake. My heart is pounding through my chest. What if she's not here? Finally, Mio answered. “Hello?” I can hear her sweet voice again. I asked her if she & Izumi would come over to help with my reports later on today. Thirty minutes later, they arrived. I heard the doorbell ring.

By the time Mio and Izumi arrived, they brought snacks. I was ecstatic! I have to save the files right away to my flash drive. Then, my stomach growls loudly. I realized that I haven't been eating much except that I mostly drank coffee for a few days. “Oh geez…Shut up, stomach.” They both giggled. I couldn't say much. I was embarrassed. “I bet you're hungry,’ said Mio. “Come on! Let's eat!” said Izumi. “Oh wait, I gotta use the bathroom. Be right back!” Izumi went off.

Fifty minutes later after we chow down and laugh, our stomachs are full. We went up to my room. I opened my laptop. Then, it says-‘Reset your Password.’ What? Have I been hacked? I know I did save my files on my flash drive. I heard Izumi giggling. Then, I looked at the screen, it turned out that it was a screen cover that looked real. It was a prank. Why? “Izumi, this isn't funny,’ said Mio. “This is very important! He needs help.” “I know, I just want to have fun,” Izumi explained. I can understand how Izumi is the youngest and still loves making jokes. But still, I have very important homework. I can't mess things up. I would get into trouble. At least, I did reset my password about a week ago in case something happens.

After that, we were researching facts about astronomy and some of the top astronomers and how each of them studied. I wrote about Jocelyn B. Cornell, Margaret Geller, Cecilia Payne-Gaposchkin, and Annie Jump Cannon. But at least, I have to write the top important facts in the report. I kept typing as much as I could to reach 600 words. It took a couple of hours to finish it. It took another hour to check my grammar and of course, we have to make sure my reports are not plagiarized from the resources I found. Almost five hours later, everything is completed! Finally!

It's almost ten O’clock, and it's almost getting late. I felt blessed how much I'm thankful to Mio and Izumi for helping with my homework. We wave goodbye and we will see each other in the morning. I also blew a kiss to Mio before she and Izumi got in the car. Now, I can get more rest before the next day.
