There was once a girl who yearned for a companion who complemented her without having to struggle much. She met a boy and like most girls, she lost control; overdoing everything, including but not limited to being sweet.

Every day was a show – making the first step and creating the mask of a life-long companion behind the veil of humor and light teasing. He found comfort in her presence as she encouraged and reassured him – a pledge of affection he never thought he might deserve.

And thus this boy, who kept murmuring the tune in his ears, did not react in the same way. This wasn’t a romantic comedy, filled with sweet gestures and shiny happy people.

She gave love on a different level – plain tolerance, a guiding and supporting shoulder in the storm. She might have been a companion or a friend that he had or a beacon in his moments of turbulence.

But love, as far as Jane and Rochester were concerned seemed not to be a two-way affair.

Even when facing failure, the girl wasn’t ready to surrender. She listened to his every word and how he chose to engage her in an affair that would be interesting to him.

New topics were her stories and bridges that led to his heart. ) As one who admired John Kennedy’s eloquent speeches with his one-word responses, she bragged among her friends with great delight in her heart.

Then one question cut into the dream, destroy it. “You are so obsessed with him, are you not tired of wooing him?” a friend queried. “Talking about what he loves.”

The question was forcer a, a doubt seed taking root. The girl felt the deafness for the first time – the spinning, the unreturned text, the interrogating self.

This kind of love, a well with two seemingly but only one providing was a thief; robbing her of joy.

I mean, love should not be such a tiring thing that one has to do over and over again. Now it was time for her to long for a different tune.

Love where the silence fills the space between you as a blanket, the understanding of when to remain silent is a very positive aspect. No longer would she sleep in headfirst, with her eyes closed by the power of horniness.

This time the girl is searching for more than just a handsome man, she wants a love that has not yet happened, a movie about two people who are destined to be in love and find each other’s beat.

The boy may have had his part, but a new chapter calls, a nice love where MutualCares envelopes them – the love where being together feels like arriving at home.
