A south Asian cuisine to be like no other. The tasty cuisine that is known to us as curry. In my journey as I live life I often enjoy this kind of dish on a day to day environment. If you look at this dish more closely and it's recipe more closer you'll find it originates from India. The original recipe is to take two fowls or rabbits and cut them into small pieces. Than peel three to four onions and cut them into small pieces. Than, thirty pepper corns and a large spool of rice. Brown form coriander seeds. For more of the original recipe check the sources below at the bottom. Now a days we mix it up with beans or chicken meat. We present ourselves to have fun! The word curry it self means sauce or better the relish for rice. It is also used in malayalam, kannada, and kodava language meaning vegetables. The spread of the species is turmeric, ginger and garlic.

Balti Lamb Curry

The healthy points of curry, though they are many ways to make it through out the way you must be able to enjoy it as much as you can. It is made of meat and vegetables that contains lots of nutrients that has anti-inflammatory effects to the body.

Butter Chicken Curry

Prep.

Chicken is marinated for several hours in a mixture of lemon juice, dahi (yogurt), Kashmiri red chili, salt, garam masala, ginger paste, and garlic paste. The marinated chicken is cooked in a tandoor (traditional clay oven), but may be grilled, oven-roasted, or pan-fried. It is served in a mild curry sauce that includes butter. The sauce is a tomato, garlic, and ginger-based sauce that is simmered until smooth and much of the water has evaporated. There are many variations on the composition and spicing of the sauce, which is sieved so that it is velvety smooth. Spices may include cardamom, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, pepper, garam masala, and fenugreek (Punjabi/Hindi: kasuri methi). Cashew paste may be used as a thickener and it is finally garnished with coriander.

The love for curry has grown, so much in our lives it is almost on stoppable by the way we move today. Though a great dish not the only as dinner or lunch is ready we must find a breakfast equivalent. The taste of cinnamon toast and fruit salad to balance the day is like no other.

Cinnamon Toast

Being a mixture of bread, cinnamon, sugar and butter is an unchanged European recipe since the fifteen- hundreds. That has filled our bellies for centuries and our hearts with memories. It as well adds to our healthy day almost with the other groups of the food pyramid that gives us strength. Siding with a fruit salad is a good way knowing vegetables are coming for dinner. Feeling the coolness early in the morning mixing the toast and fruit together.

Fruit Salad

Fruit salad holds many things that help us on our day. the common ingredients of a good fruit salad is kiwifruit, pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, and honeydew, with grapes. Mostly containing nutrients like iron, potassium and vitamin B6 in the diet of the day.
