The Universe Speaks

Disclaimer. These are just my beliefs. I’m not trying to push faith onto others. I just love the world and the Universe. You’re welcome to disagree with me because everyone has a right to believe in what they want to believe in. Thank you for reading.

I think I need to start this post by explaining what the Universe is to me.

I believe in the spiritual realm that is the Universe. Some people refer to this as God, or the Source, or Conciousness. Basically the word Universe is just used as another word for a higher power that exists out there.

I was raised Catholic but I strayed away from organized religion in my early adulthood for my own personal reasons.

I do believe in the Universe. Not necessarily a God but I believe in a higher power of sorts. I believe that everything happens for a reason depending on good and bad karma.

I have written about Angel Numbers before. I believe those are messages from guardian angels and lost loved ones. The link to that post is down below.

I have lost a few people along my journey. I miss a few of them terribly.

My Granny is inrecibly special to me. I lost her a long time ago but everytime I see a rainbow, it reminds me of the crystals she had hanging in her kitchen that reflected rainbows. I now have a few hanging up in my house.

I receive signs from my friend that passed away from suicide in a few ways. Crows or Ravens are one of those signs for me. His name literally meant crow. Anytime I see a big black bird I know it's his friendly little reminder that he is still with me.

My aunt that just passed away is a little different for me. I see the time 3:33 so frequently and it happens to remind me of her because of a memorial post that I wrote about her just days after her death. The song Praying by Ke$ha also is a sign for me. One night, my kids were yelling at our Alexa and this song came on instead of the song they were trying to get the device to play. My grandma went to change the song but I stopped her and I said, "Wait, I know this song." We both were grieving at the time. So I sang the song for her.

I can feel my late Uncle's presence while I drive his old SUV. It meant a lot to me when my aunt gave me the vehicle. I know he is right there with me, hands on the steering wheel.

Some people people that finding pennies or dimes here in Canada is a sign from a lost loved one. I truly believe this because I so often find a stray dime loose- especially after my godmother passed away.

I also believe seeing animals can be messages from the Universe. For example, seeing a stray cat run across the road. I’m not that superstitious I don’t believe in the black cats causing bad luck. I like looking up the spiritual meanings for seeing animals, especially if a strange occurance happens. An example: a relative of mine had Robin's hitting his window after my aunt passed away. It was more than once. To me, it was a message that she was still with him as a Robin is a symbol of hope and renewal.

I believe that the Universe speaks to us in hidden ways, whether we are watching for it or not. That could also be God for some people.

What is your favourite sign from the Universe? I love seeing licsene plates with Angel Numbers written on them. It makes me feel like I am on the right path.
