"THE POWER OF SILENCE: A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH"

"THE POWER OF SILENCE:A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH "

By Okafor Ernestine Published 4 days ago 1 min read

"Your lips, a seal of secrecy. Your eyes, a blockade of discretion. Your tongue, a double-edged sword of destiny. Will you wield it wisely or succumb to its destructive power?

The wise ones warn: "Use your tongue to count your teeth," for it can either bridge the gap to success or sabotage your very own happiness. Your words are potent tools, capable of crafting either a masterpiece of blessing or a catastrophe of regret.

Beware, for the mouth can be a deadly weapon, spewing forth words that can never be taken back. Not every thought is meant to be spoken, not every secret is meant to be shared. The heart of man is a bloody battlefield, and not everyone deserves to know your truth.

So, seal your lips, block your eyes, and tie your tongue. Be steadfast in your resolve, for life is a fragile gift, meant to be cherished, not squandered. Run the race of grace with intention, that you may face your maker with a clear conscience.

Avoid the death of ignorance, the death of reckless abandon. Learn to keep your peace, to guard your secrets, and to shield your heart. For in this treacherous landscape, only the wise and cautious shall find true peace.

Heed this warning: the insects of temptation will try to bite and provoke you into revealing your secrets. Kill that insect, shut your mouth, and keep your peace. Avoid regret, avoid evil, and cling to wisdom. For in the end, only peace shall be your solace in this treacherous world."
