Synopsis

The first section of this book is about the 50 Keys to Closed Doors. These keys are to motivate one into bringing your dreams into the next level. These keys are taken from the successful dreams of those whose dreams came true.

The second section of this book is about the successful stories of artists, musicians, actors, businesswomen, and men who made their dreams a reality. By reading this section, you will have a better understanding that these people are just like us and they had their struggles, and if they can do it, so can we.

The third section of this book is quotes from these same people. These are inspirational quotes because they came from people who faced struggles, and hardships and still was able to overcome them and make their dreams a reality. They were able to rise above them and reach the top. This book gives one everything they need to make their dream come true.

My Thoughts

I was asked to read this book and to write a review. Before saying yes, I read the synopsis, and what I read I liked. So I emailed the author and said that I would read it, I'm glad that I did. I've written many book reviews in the past on self-help and liked them all but I think this one I love the most. I love this book because not only does the author quote famous people but he also includes a little of their dreams and how got to be famous. My dream is simple and it's to make enough money so I can be my own boss. By being my own boss I mean making a living writing, being a reseller on Poshmark, and selling my handmade items ( I crochet and sew). At my job I was bringing home about 1,600 a month so I would have to make enough to do that. By reading this this book and about how the people got where they are has inspired me. Dreams don't die just the dreamer. Even if I fail then I keep trying. Bernard is a great motivator and inspirational writer. The book is divided into sections which makes it easy to navigate. The sections are the Introduction, 50 Keys to Closed Doors, 100 Success Stories, and 1000 Inspirational Quotes. The keys include love and what you do to you are not too old or too young to begin your dream to shake your critics off, these are just a few keys mentioned. He has included success stories of Celine Dion, Steve Jobs, Silvester Stallone, Henry Ford, Eminem, Marilyn Monroe, and my favorite, Grandma Moses. I think anyone reading this would be captivated.

Recommendations:

I would recommend this book to anyone who is into helping themselves improve in life. This is a good read for those who love to read self-help books. This is also great for those who have dreams and want to work for themselves, like me. My dad says that I am a dreamer, he is right. I just need to make my dreams a reality.
